Delivery Times

For shipments via Poste Delivery International Standard, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• European Union countries: 10 to 15 business days.

• Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days (excluding possible delays due to customs procedures).

International shipments are sent via Poste Italiane and are insured for their full value.

Processing and Packaging

In-stock items ready to ship will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Custom Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders and made-to-order items require a 4-6 week production and shipping time unless otherwise noted.
